Q. How long is shipping and is there a processing time?

A. Due to popular demand, The Beige Collection has a processing time of up to 10 days before an order is shipped out. We ship through USPS Priority mail. Depending on where in the country the package is being shipped to, shipping can take between 1-3 days until received. Once an order ships, we will send an email with all tracking information and the date of delivery.

Q. I just placed an order, will my order confirmation be emailed to me?

A. Following an order placed with us, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, please be sure to check your spam folder. If not received, please be sure to contact our customer service team Mon- Fri 11-6pm EST or shoot us an email: [email protected]

Q. Any advice about styling products or hair care?

A. Yes, we provide a hair care guide with each order where we share tips for maintaining our virgin hair, our favorite products and styling tips as well. Also feel free to browse "Beige Ojai" on YouTube for in depth hair tutorials. 

Q. Should I expect shedding?

A. Prior to your first install, we strongly suggest sealing the wefts of the tracks. Fray Block and Fray Check are a couple of our favorite weft sealants however your stylist may have other sealing options available. Lace wigs, lace closures and lace frontals can all be sealed with a knot sealant to prevent excess shedding. Closures, frontals and lace wigs are delicate, each strand of hair has been hand inserted into the lace and knotted carefully. With washing and daily styling, those knots can sometimes loosen and the hairs may begin to shed, which may lead to thinning or balding. Sealing the knots will help keep the hair strands secure inside the lace.

Q. Can the extensions be bleached and colored?

A. Absolutely, however, we are not responsible or any stylists or yourself trying to custom color or dye the virgin hair improperly. We suggest testing the coloring method on a small section of hair to see how the hair reacts before coloring all of it. We are not responsible for the hair once in your possession. We recommend visiting a proffersional for hair concerns, installs and coloring.
